If you score over 25 then you may benefit from the following sleep tips:
- Avoid electronic equipment use in bed
- Read for 30 minutes
- Avoid tense TV shows before bed
- Stop work at least 1 hour before going to bed
- Pray/meditate
- Hypnotherapy/relaxation CDs
- Avoid sugary foods late in the evening
- Eat a protein-rich snack (i.e. almonds, cashews etc.) an hour before bed
- Avoid caffeine after 4pm
- Drink 2L water a day (but reduce volume to only a few glasses after 6pm)
- Get your stress levels (HRV) re-checked
