    Sleep Wake Cycles Questionnaire

If you score over 25 then you may benefit from the following sleep tips:
  • Avoid electronic equipment use in bed
  • Read for 30 minutes
  • Avoid tense TV shows before bed
  • Stop work  at least 1 hour before going to bed
  • Pray/meditate
  • Hypnotherapy/relaxation CDs
  • Avoid sugary foods late in the evening
  • Eat a protein-rich snack (i.e. almonds, cashews etc.) an hour before bed
  • Avoid caffeine after 4pm
  • Drink 2L water a day (but reduce volume to only a few glasses after 6pm)
  • Get your stress levels (HRV) re-checked
