Breakfast Fruit Smoothie
- 1 banana, cut into pieces
- 1 cup diced fresh or frozen fruit, such as pineapple, mango, papaya, strawberries
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup yogurt, milk (almond, rice milks)
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange (optional if using frozen fruit)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Combine the banana, fruit, ice cubes, yogurt, juice, and honey in a blender. Process until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
