Gain Motion – Lose Pain

There’s an old adage that says “...if you don’t use it, you lose it.” Nothing could be more true when it comes to inactivity and losing normal function in your body - and your lifestyle may be to blame. 
It’s well documented... a sedentary lifestyle is dangerous to your health. When you fail to move a body part through its
full range, it becomes stiff, mechanically deficient and painful. Every joint in your body is designed to certain functional specs. If bones, cartilage, ligaments and tendons are not routinely put through those innately determined paces, they slowly deteriorate from attrition (arthritis). Unfortunately today’s couch potato lifestyle leads to less and less motion, and more and more unnecessary chronic suffering.


The good news is you CAN tip the scales in your favor by just adding more motion to your daily routine. Exercises like yoga are good for maintaining the macro movements of your body, while regular adjustments maintain healthy micro movement in your spinal joints. Keeping your body in normal alignment and motion with Chiropractic care is a perfect way to ward off the onset of sedentary pain and to help you experience more Life.
